Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items pass quality inspection.
